Each paid plan - Essentials and Ultimate - charges a simple per-employee monthly rate, so your bill scales directly with your team size. There are no hidden base fees or setup charges - you only pay for the employees you actually run payroll for.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing is paid upfront for the year and works out to roughly 16% cheaper per employee, per month, compared to paying monthly.

We folded it into Ultimate. Everything Enterprise used to offer - ERP integration, SSO, on-premise deployment, dedicated account management - is now available as an optional Add-on on top of Ultimate, so you only pay for what you actually need instead of a separate custom-priced tier.

Six, in total - from basic web check-in (available on every plan) up to mobile & web-based tracking, geo-tagged attendance, and AI-powered face & fingerprint recognition on Ultimate. Hardware biometric device sync is also available as an add-on.

Do I need special hardware for biometric attendance?

Only for the "Out of Box Biometric Integration" add-on, which connects existing punch machines (ZKTeco, ESSL, Hikvision). Face & Fingerprint Recognition Attendance works entirely through the mobile app - no separate hardware needed.
