Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of INDPayroll, a product of CRMLeaf ("INDPayroll", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

INDPayroll provides cloud-based payroll processing and statutory compliance software for businesses in India, including automated PF, ESI, TDS and Professional Tax calculations, digital payslips, and an employee self-service portal.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan is available at no cost for up to the employee limit stated on our pricing page. Paid plans (Essentials, Ultimate) are billed per active employee per month, as described at checkout. Prices, discounts and promotional offers are subject to change with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

4. Customer responsibility for data accuracy

INDPayroll automates statutory calculations based on the data Customers enter. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of employee and salary data submitted to the platform. INDPayroll is not liable for penalties arising from incorrect data supplied by the Customer.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process data you do not have the right to process, attempt to breach system security, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

INDPayroll and its original content, features and functionality are owned by CRMLeaf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer payroll data remains the property of the Customer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDPayroll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and INDPayroll's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an account at any time. Upon termination, Customers may export their data for a limited period before it is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city, to be specified].

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
