You'll be prompted to upgrade to Essentials (₹52/employee/month, up to 200 employees) or Ultimate (₹75/employee/month, unlimited employees) - your existing employee data, settings and payroll history carry over, nothing is lost or reset.
Essentials and Ultimate are priced per employee/month but billed annually. The Free plan has no billing at all - it's free forever for up to 10 employees.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever your team size or feature needs change - there are no seat minimums or lock-in periods forcing you onto a specific plan.
No. There's no setup fee on any plan - Free, Essentials or Ultimate. You pay only for the employees you run payroll for.
